Policy

Amazon's placement program has led to an increase in labor costs for shipments that do not utilize the minimal options for shipping plans. Mostly, labor and time has doubled to produce a shipment. As a result, any shipments requiring inventory placement to four or more Fulfillment Centers will incur a $50 fee per shipment. (I.E - If we do 4 shipments for you within the 2-week billing period and 3 shipments have placements to 4 or more Fulfillment Centers, then you would be charged $150). For example, a shipment of 200 items can be dispersed to 6-8 Fulfillment Centers instead of 3. This change is necessary to cover the additional expenses associated with managing and distributing these shipments effectively.
Mountain Home Prep Ship reserves the right to hold inventory for any unpaid invoices.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the due date (1st & 15th of each month).

If invoice is not paid upon due date, 10% late fee will apply after 24hrs. After that, every 24 hrs late fee will double.

An inconvenience fee of $25 per line order will be charged for inventory that is not on the sheet upon arrival/check-in to the warehouse. We will communicate to you that the inventory is not on the sheet as a warning. If inventory is not on the sheet within 24hrs of warning, the fee will be applied each 24hrs thereafter. This will be tracked on the inventory sheet.
Inventory that has issues (i.e damaged, IL or SC errors, gating, etc.) will be charged a $25 fee if not resolved or communicated that items are being worked on after a 2 week period from the time we communicated these issues to you. This will be tracked on the inventory sheet.

If any inventory sits for more than 2 months (without any resolution), items become property of Mountain Home Prep and Ship. Items will be disposed of or donated. A disposal date will be noted on the inventory sheet.

​Clients are responsible for tracking their items to our warehouse. Mountain Home Prep and Ship is not liable for lost packages in transit to our facility or Amazon facility.
​
Client account becomes inactive with Mountain Home Prep and Ship after 30 days without activity.
We do not disclose any of our clients information (including products you're selling and where they come from) to anyone.
